Meet Larry
Larry Malomo is an Australian with Nigerian heritage, currently based in Perth, Australia. He is an entrepreneur, tech founder, and creative.
Before becoming an entrepreneur, Larry spent over a decade in corporate, holding technology roles across multiple organisations and moving through senior and management positions. Eventually, he reached a point where he felt he had learned what he needed, and it was time to build something of his own.
He has always been someone who likes to build, create, and figure things out. Ideas come naturally to him, and he gets a lot of satisfaction from working through a problem until the solution finally clicks.
Creativity has shown up in different ways throughout his life. He has written, produced, and performed music, worked as a wedding photographer and videographer, and spent time as a graphic designer.
He also has a strong formal background in technology. He holds a bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems and a master's degree in Cyber Security. Across his career, he has also earned globally recognised technology certifications and completed professional education with MIT.
Outside of work, Larry enjoys music, documentaries, travel, modern architecture, beautiful scenery, fitness, the occasional game of FIFA, lawn tennis, table tennis, and cars.
He believes in discipline, consistency, and living with no regrets. He also enjoys coaching and teaching people; during his corporate career, he spent time as a principal instructor at the University of Western Australia. Long term, he wants his work to leave a mark at the intersection of technology and creativity.
